This puppy has been brought up with love and care, and is meant to bring you joy and companionship. Every effort has been made to ensure that our pups come from healthy parents and have been nurtured lovingly to provide you with a healthy pet. Patriot Poodles provides a three year limited replacement guarantee against genetic health defects.

1. Your pup has been passed a general exam for eyes, ears, knees and heart before leaving. But we recommend that you have your new puppy checked over by your veterinarian within three days of receipt. We know it is hard to buy a puppy sight unseen and we want you to be satisfied with the puppy that you receive from us. If your puppy is shipped and your vet finds something seriously wrong with the puppy and you would like to physically return the puppy for a full refund. You must notify us of this fact within three days of receiving your puppy, and make arrangements to ship the puppy back (All return shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility.)

2. If within three years from the date of sale, this puppy is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian (second opinion may be requested) with a genetic health defect that causes death or is life threatening, this puppy will be replaced with another puppy of equal value as soon as one is available. In order to exercise such replacement option, purchaser must meet the following conditions:

Buyer must submit from a licensed veterinarian within three years from date of purchase:

·       A medical report stating that a severe health problem attributed to a genetic defect exists, or proof of death resulting from a genetic problem.

·       Puppy must be either returned to the seller along with all registration papers or if purchaser desires to keep the puppy, then the puppy must be spayed or neutered at purchasers expense and purchaser must submit proof of altering to seller.

This guarantee is non transferable and will not be honored if this dog is sold or otherwise transferred unless transferred through Patriot Poodles.

Buyer understands that the following slight genetic defects are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore are not covered: hernias, un-descended testicle, or underbite or overbite. Also, due to environmental factors beyond our control, variations of diet and exercise, and differences of veterinary opinions. Seller does not cover death due to or attributed in any way to hypoglycemia. Buyer understands that replacement option is only valid when heath problems are attributed to a hereditary problem and not due to accident or contagious and/or other illness. Buyer understands that any and all guarantees expire three years from the date of purchase determined by date of receipt of puppy.

If puppy is found to have a genetic defect as outlined above, that this puppy will only be replaced with a puppy of equal value as soon as one is available. Buyer also understands that seller will not be responsible for veterinary bills or any other expenses incurred in connection with, resulting from, or attributed to the care of this puppy.

Buyer understands that all future shots, wormings, flea and parasite treatments are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Seller cannot and does not guarantee future size, color, or breeding potential of the subject of this sale.

To keep your dog healthy and free of disease, please follow your veterinarian's directions on updating shots, wormings and  as a preventative measure, keep your puppy indoors and away from strange dogs and public areas visited by other animals until all their immunization shot series are completed.  Buyer also agrees to always provide proper food, water, shelter, and necessary veterinary care for this puppy at all times, and to make sure that this pup is raised in a safe, secure environment.  We encourage you to spay or neuter your pets if pre-arrangements for early Spay/Neuter have not been completed!

We care about the pups we breed, and so we as sellers are always available to answer any questions you may have about your new pup. Please feel free to call or email. Purchasing a puppy is a lifetime commitment, and we wish stable permanent homes always for them. But sometimes circumstances change even for the most well meaning people.  PLEASE contact us and let us help you to find the puppy a good home. Patriot Poodles is always willing to take back the pup/dog, without refund and shipping cost, for the life of the dog!  We do not rehome our kids.

By signing this contract the purchaser indicates that they have read, understand and agree to all terms of this contract. This is a binding contract being entered into in the county of Benton, Bella Vista, Arkansas between the seller and purchaser signing below.
